Directly Smoking Lung Disease Cancer Baby Give Risk

Factors that can directly cause disease include smoking (leading to cardiovascular/lung diseases and lung cancer), obesity (causing insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes), excessive alcohol consumption (causing liver disease), and smoking during pregnancy (reducing fetal oxygen). Exposure to certain substances or radiation can also directly cause cancer.

Front Give some risk factors that are able to directly cause a disease.
Back
  • Smoking has been proven to directly cause cardiovascular disease, lung disease and lung cancer
  • Obeisty can directly cause Type 2 diabetes by making the body less sensitive or resistance to insuline
  • Drinking too much alochol has been shown to cause liver disease
  • Smoking when pregnant reduces the amount of oxygen the baby receives in the womb and cause lots of health problems for the unborn baby
