Respiration Living Granules Test Put Tube Liquid Core

Front Core Practical: How can you investigate the rate of respiration in living organisms?
Back 1. Add soda lime granules to a test tube.
2. Put a ball of cotton wool on top of the granules
3. Put some living organisms (mealworms) on top 
4. Connect a small tube with coloured liquid to the test tube
5. Measure how far the liquid moves as a result of respiration in a given time
