Back | 1. Take thin slice of specimen 2. Use a pipette to put 1 drop of water on a clean slide to secure the specimen in place. 3. Add a drop of stain to make the specimen easier to see. 4. Select the lowest objective lens. 5. Adjust the focus until you get a clear image. 6. If needed, increase the magnification. |
