Front Suspensory ligaments
Back (Cooper's ligaments)

Structure: well-developed skin ligaments (retinacula cutis) forming a network of DCT that attaches the underside of dermis to the connective tissue layer deep to breast (superficial to deep fascia)

Function: help support the weight of the breast and partition the breast's fat and glandular tissue into lobules.

Disease: tumors on the ligaments can cause them to shorten, causing skin dimpling
