Line Transcristal Supracristal Horizontal Passes Hightest Points Iliac

Front Transcristal line
Back (Supracristal line) Horizontal line that passes through the hightest points of the iliac crests (located posterolaterally) at the L4 vertebrae level. Used as a surface landmark for performing a lumbar spinal puncture or an epidural nerve block.
