Sympathetic Cervical Axons Trunk Post/Symp Rami Pathway Innervating

Front Sympathetic pathway: innervating upper limb, neck, head, eye
Back 1. T1-T4 pre/symp axons enter thoracic sympathetic trunk and ascend to the cervical sympathetic trunk, where they synapse with post/symp neurons.

2. Post/symp axons exit cervical ganglia through grey rami and ventral or dorsal rami of cervical spinal nerves. May continue superiorly to innervate structures of the head.
