Back Structure: one-neuron efferents with cell bodies located in the ventral horn of the spinal cord

Pathway:
1. Ventral horn of the spinal cord (cell bodies)
2. Ventral root
3. Spinal nerve
4. Peripheral nerve branches (via dorsal or ventral rami)
5. Skeletal muscle at neuromuscular junction

Function: provide voluntary movement of skeletal muscle (including diaphragm and intercostal muscles)
