During the follicular phase, FSH stimulates follicular growth, the dominant follicle produces estrogen to inhibit FSH, and estrogen acts on the uterus to thicken the endometrium.
FSH sécrété et stimule la croissance des follicules ovariens, le follicule dominant produit des œstrogènes (inhibant la FSH) et empêche la croissance d'autres follicules, les œstrogènes agissent sur l'utérus pour épaissir l'endomètre.
