Binding Types Control Elements Distal Regulatory Protein Site

Translation initiation involves the small ribosomal subunit binding to mRNA, moving to the start codon (AUG), a tRNA binding to the codon via its anticodon, and the large subunit aligning with the tRNA at the P site to form the complete initiation complex.

Le petit sous-unité ribosomique se lie à l'extrémité 5' de l'ARNm, se déplace vers le codon de départ (AUG), l'ARNt se lie au codon via son anticodon, le grand sous-unité s'aligne avec l'ARNt au site P, complexe avec le petit formé.
