Measuring Starch Digestion Experiments Dialysis Tubing  Meniscus Levels

Dialysis tubing experiments can measure meniscus levels (osmosis with starch vs starch+amylase) and maltose diffusion (starch digestion by amylase).

Two experiments using dialysis tubing can demonstrate digestion: one measures meniscus levels to show osmosis with starch versus starch plus amylase, and the other measures maltose diffusion to indicate starch digestion by amylase.
