Production Uterus Lining Hormones Produced Ovaries/Placenta Pregnant Functions

Oestrogen stops FSH production to limit egg production to one, repairs and thickens the uterine lining, and stimulates LH release; Progesterone maintains the lining of the uterus during the menstrual cycle and pregnancy.
