Working Factories Controlled Industrial Revolution Class People Worked

Question After the industrial revolution
Answer many working class people worked in factories or warehouses, just like Mr Birling’s in the play. These factories and warehouses were owned and controlled by wealthy families - the poor were still working for the rich. Therefore, the upper classes controlled the wages and employment of the poor.
