Number Found Test Defect Detection Percentage Ddp Phase

Defect Detection Percentage (DDP) is the ratio of defects found in a test phase to the total defects found by that phase and subsequent efforts.

The number of defects found by a test phase, divided by the number found by that test phase and any other means afterwards.
