Antigen Hypersensitivity Form Cell Mediated Immunity Elicited Skin Stimulating

Delayed-type hypersensitivity reactions (DTH) involve antigen stimulating sensitized Th1 CD4 and CD8 lymphocytes in the skin, appearing hours to days after antigen injection.
