Xenoimmunity refers to immunity directed against foreign antigens of non-human species, such as bacterial antigens from the commensal microbiota that are targeted in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
Xenoimmuniteit verwijst naar immuniteit gericht tegen uitheemse antigenen van niet-menselijke soorten, zoals antigenen afgeleid van bacteriën uit de commensale microbiota, die doelwitten zijn bij inflammatoire darmziekten (IBD).
