Donor Cells Test Histocompatibility Lymphocytes Recipient Cultured People

Mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) is a histocompatibility test where lymphocytes from donor and recipient are cultured together. Cell proliferation indicates incompatibility as recipient T cells recognize allogeneic MHC molecules as foreign.

La reacción de linfocitos mixtos (MLR) es una prueba de histocompatibilidad donde los linfocitos del donante y el receptor se cultivan juntos. La proliferación celular indica incompatibilidad, ya que las células T del receptor reconocen las moléculas MHC alogénicas como extrañas.
