Engineered Fusion Proteins Composed Extracellular Antigen Specific Receptors E.G

Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) refers to engineered fusion proteins composed of extracellular antigen-specific receptors (e.g., single-chain antibody) and intracellular signaling domains that activate and co-stimulate, expressed in Treg cells for cancer immunotherapy.

Chimere antigen receptor (CAR) is een engineered fusie-eiwit dat bestaat uit extracellulaire antigen-specifieke receptoren (bv. single-chain antilichaam) en intracellulaire signaaldomeinen die stimuleren. Deze worden tot expressie gebracht in Treg-cellen voor gebruik in kankerimmunotherapie.
