High endothelial cells (HEVs) are specialized small venous blood vessels in lymphoid tissues. Lymphocytes migrate from the bloodstream into lymphoid tissues by attaching to and squeezing between the high endothelial cells.
Células endoteliales altas, vénulas endoteliales altas (HEV) son pequeños vasos sanguíneos venosos especializados en tejidos linfoides. Los linfocitos migran del torrente sanguíneo a los tejidos linfoides uniéndose a las células endoteliales altas y atravesándolas.
