Immunodeficiency Disease Defect X Linked Mice Due Protein Tyrosine

X-linked immunodeficiency is an immunodeficiency in mice due to defects in the Btk tyrosine kinase, sharing the gene defect with human X-linked agammaglobulinemia but resulting in a milder B cell defect.
