Molecule Cell Adhesion Found Lymphocytes Endothelial Cell Junctions Interaction

CD31 is a cell-adhesion molecule found both on lymphocytes and at endothelial cell junctions. Interaction of this molecule with itself is thought to enable leukocytes to leave blood vessels and enter tissues.

CD31 es una molécula de adhesión celular encontrada tanto en linfocitos como en uniones de células endoteliales. Se piensa que la interacción de esta molécula consigo misma permite a los leucocitos abandonar los vasos sanguíneos y entrar en los tejidos.
