Pathway Nfκb Activation Distinct Activated Antigen Receptor Stimulation

The non-canonical NFκB pathway is an activation pathway distinct from antigen receptor stimulation, leading to activation of NIK, which phosphorylates and activates IKKα, inducing cleavage of p100 to the active p52 subunit.

La vía no canónica de NFκB es una vía de activación distinta a la activada por la estimulación del receptor de antígeno, que conduce a la activación de NIK, la cual fosforila y activa IKKα, induciendo la escisión de p100 a p52.

Front A pathway for NFκB activation that is distinct from the one activated by antigen receptor stimulation. This pathway leads to activation of the NFκB-inducing kinase, NIK, which phosphorylates and activates IκB kinase α IKKα inducing cleavage of the NFκB precursor protein p100 to form the active p52 subunit
