Reaction Skin Individual Observed Allergic Allergen Sensitized Injected

A wheal-and-flare reaction is a skin reaction observed in an allergic individual when an allergen to which they have been sensitized is injected into the dermis, consisting of a raised area with edema fluid and an inflammatory reaction.
