The TCR is the receptor on Treg lymphocytes that recognizes antigens. It is composed of disulfide-linked α and β chains, complexed with CD3 and ζ proteins, and signals activation.
Le TCR est le récepteur des lymphocytes Treg qui reconnaissent les antigènes. Il est composé de chaînes α et β liées par un pont disulfure, complexées avec les protéines CD3 et ζ, et signalent l'activation.
Front | The cell-surface receptor for antigen on Treglymphocytes. It consists of a disulfide-linked heterodimer of the highly variable α and β chains in a complex with the invariant CD3 and ζ proteins, which have a signaling function. T cells carrying this type of receptor are often called α:β T cells. An alternative receptor made up of variable γ and δ chains is expressed with CD3 and ζ on a subset of T cells |
