State Cells Nonresponsiveness Antigen People Mount Delayed Type Hypersensitivity

In immunology, anergy is a state of unresponsiveness to an antigen, seen when T cells and B cells cannot respond to their specific antigens under optimal stimulation conditions.

En inmunología, la anergia es un estado de falta de respuesta a un antígeno, visible en la incapacidad de las células T y B para responder a sus antígenos específicos bajo condiciones de estimulación óptimas.

Front A state of nonresponsiveness to antigen. People are said to be in this state when they cannot mount delayed-type hypersensitivity reactions to a test antigen, whereas T cells and B cells are said to be in this state when they cannot respond to their specific antigen under optimal conditions of stimulation
