Switch Genomic Regions Kilobases Length Located Jh Heavy Chain

Switch regions are genomic regions, several kilobases long, located between the JH region and heavy-chain Cμ genes (or equivalent positions), containing hundreds of G-rich repeats that function in class switch recombination.

Las regiones de conmutación son regiones genómicas que contienen secuencias repetidas ricas en G, localizadas entre la región JH y los genes Cμ (o equivalentes), que funcionan en la recombinación de cambio de clase.

Front Genomic regions, several kilobases in length each, located between the JH region and the heavy-chain Cμ genes, or in equivalent positions upstream of other C-region genes except Cδ, containing hundreds of G-rich repeated sequences that function in class switch recombination
