T Cell X Linked An\Xa0immunodeficiency Disease Development Fails Early Intrathymic

X-linked severe combined immunodeficiency (X-linked SCID) is an immunodeficiency where T-cell development fails due to a defect in the common gamma chain receptors for several cytokines, preventing mature T cells and T-cell dependent antibody production.

Anxa0immunodeficiency disease in which T-cell development fails at an early intrathymic stage and no production of mature T cells or T-cell dependent antibody occurs. It is due to a defect in a gene that encodes the γc chain shared by the receptors for several different cytokines
