I لَو بَعرِف وينُه كُنْت بَسْأَلُه

This sentence expresses a wish that the speaker had known someone's location, so they could have asked them.

هذه الجملة تعبر عن تمني لو أن المتحدث كان يعرف مكان شخص ما لكان قد سأله.
