1) Agnosia - inability to recognize objects/people/sounds(usually only 1); brain damage/neurological disorder
2) Korsakoff's syndrome - memory loss due to thiamine deficiency in brain, retrograde/anterograde amnesia
3) Sundowning - dysfunction of Alzheimer's patients in late afternoon/evening  
4) Dementia - loss of cognitive function 
5) Alzheimer's disease - degenerative brain disorder linked to acetylcholine loss in neurons connected to hippocampus
