Regulators Dna Regulatory Base Sequences Includes Promoters, Enhancers And Response Elements

DNA regulatory base sequences, which includes promoters, enhancers, and response elements are known as cis regulators because they are in the same vicinity as the gene they control. Transcription factors must be produced and translocated back to the nucleus, and are called trans regulators because they travel through the cell to their point of action.

Ρυθμιστικές αλληλουχίες βάσης DNA, που περιλαμβάνουν προαγωγείς, ενισχυτές και περιοχές απόκρισης, ονομάζονται cis ρυθμιστές επειδή βρίσκονται στην ίδια περιοχή με το γονίδιο που ελέγχουν.
