Rna Termination Polymerase Reaches Sequence Stop Signal Results

Transcription stops when RNA polymerase reaches a termination sequence, causing the DNA helix to reform; the resulting primary transcript is heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA), which is processed into mRNA.

Transcription terminates at a stop signal, reforming the DNA helix. The primary transcript is hnRNA, which is modified into mRNA.

Text RNA polymerase reaches a termination sequence or stop signal, which results in the termination of transcription.  The DNA double helix then reforms, and the primary transcript formed in termed heterogeneous nuclear RNA or hn RNA. mRNA is derived from hnRNA via posttranscriptional modifications.
