Gram Vaccine 59 Year Old Woman H/O Smoking Productive Cough

Front 59-year-old woman with h/o of smoking and a productive cough every morning, suggestive of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). She has hypoxic respiratory failure and signs of lobar consolidation on examination confirmed with CXR. Presentation is concerning for pneumonia, and sputum Gram stain with gram (+) diplococci.
