Hiv 1 Protease Inhibitors  Affect Lipid Metabolism Adverse Effects

HIV-1 Protease Inhibitors can cause lipodystrophy, characterized by fat redistribution (e.g., "buffalo hump"), due to decreased hepatic chylomicron uptake and TG clearance, potentially leading to a cushing-like syndrome.

HIV-1 Proteaz İnhibitörleri, düşük hepatik şilomikron alımı ve TG klirensi nedeniyle lipodistrofiye (örn. "buffalo hump") ve Cushing benzeri sendroma yol açabilir.
