Inhibits Dna Synthesis Converted 5 Fu Essential Moa Of 

Flucytosine inhibits fungal DNA and RNA synthesis by converting to 5-FU, which then inhibits thymidylate synthase. It is used for systemic Candida infections and cryptococcal meningitis (with amphotericin B).
