The pathogenesis of M. tuberculosis involves direct damage by Tc cells and activation of macrophages by Th1 cell cytokines (IL-12, INFγ), leading to most of the damage via Type IV DTH reactions.
M. Tuberculosis'in patogenezi, Tc hücrelerinin doğrudan hasarı ve Th1 hücrelerinden salgılanan sitokinlerin (IL-12, INFγ) makrofajları aktive ederek Tip IV DTH reaksiyonu yoluyla hasarın çoğuna neden olmasıyla ilerler.

Back | Tc cause direct damage → Th1 cells secrete cytokines (IL-12,INFγ) which activate Tc cells to recruit and activate monocytes/macrophages → macrophages cause bulk of the damage via Type IV DTH |
