Alternate Selectalbe Marer Chromogenic Substrate  Lined Enzyme Alpha

An alternative selectable marker uses a chromogenic substrate; if the recombinant gene inactivates the alpha-galactosidase enzyme, no color is produced.

Un marcador seleccionable alternativo usa un sustrato cromogénico. Si el gen recombinante inactiva la enzima alfa-galactosidasa, no se produce color.
