Text pneumonia is a bacterial disease caused by streptococcus pneumoniae and haemophilus influenzae. it infects the alveoli of the lungs. the alveoli of lungs get fluid-filled leading to problems in respiration. in severe cases the lips and fingernails may turn grey to blue in colour. it is transmitted by droplet infection.
