Pcr Ssdna Ssrna Tagged Allowed Hybridise Complementary Dna

In PCR for diagnosis, ssDNA or ssRNA is tagged and allowed to hybridize with complementary DNA. If mutated, it won't be visible in autoradiography.

En la PCR diagnóstica, el ADN o ARN de cadena simple se marca y se permite que se hibride con el ADN complementario. Si hay mutación, no se puede observar en la autorradiografía.
