Seeds Endosperm Castor Formed Result Double Fertilisation Food

In some seeds, like castor, the endosperm is a food-storing tissue formed by double fertilization. Seeds of plants like bean, gram, and pea lack endosperm in their mature state and are termed non-endospermous.
