Form Types Mycorrhizae Endo Penetrate Outer Cells Plant

Mycorrhizae are of two types: ectomycorrhizae, which grow between root cell walls forming a mantle, and endomycorrhizae, which penetrate plant cells forming coils and branches.

Typen von Mykorrhiza: Endo: dringen in äußere Pflanzenzellen ein. bilden Spulen, Schwellungen, Verzweigungen. Ecto: wachsen zwischen Zellwänden. bilden einen Mantel um die Wurzel. z. B. Kiefern und Tannen.

form coils, swellings, branches.

Ecto:
grow between cell walls.
form a mantle around root.
eg pines & firs.
