Lactic Acid Cleared Muscles Rest Broken Aerobically Energy

Lactic acid is cleared from muscles by first being aerobically broken down, and then the resulting energy is used to convert the remaining lactic acid back into glucose.

Front How is lactic acid cleared from the muscles
Back At rest, 1/5 of the lactic acid is broken down aerobically.
Then its energy is used to convert the remaining 4/5 lactic acid into glucose.
