Loop Side Recognition Functions Trna θ Ribosome D

The D-loop aids recognition by the activation enzyme (5' side), and the T-loop facilitates ribosome recognition (3' side).

The D-loop (on the 5' side) is involved in recognition by the activation enzyme, while the T-loop (on the 3' side) is involved in ribosome recognition.
