Arteries have three layers: the outer Tunica Adventitia, the middle Tunica Media (muscle and elastic fibers), and the inner Tunica Intima (endothelium).
Artery layers consist of Tunica Adventitia (fibrous tissue, elastic fibers), Tunica Media (smooth muscle, elastic fibers), and Tunica Intima (endothelium).
