Demanding negative proof is a fallacy where the burden of proof is avoided by demanding proof of the contrary from whoever questions a claim.
Die Forderung nach einem negativen Beweis ist ein Trugschluss, bei dem versucht wird, die Beweislast zu vermeiden, indem man vom Fragesteller den Beweis des Gegenteils verlangt.
