Areas Cerebral Passed Cerebrum Impulses Brain Info Motor

Front cerebrum
Back
- cerebrum controls voluntary actions e.g memmory, learning, personality and concious thought, highly convoluted (inc SA), made up of cerebral hemispheres (left and right, which control opp halves of body, this is because impulses from each side of body cross over at base of brain), cerebral cortex surrounds cerebral hemispheres, most sophisticated responses (e.g decision making and reasoning) occurs in frontal and prefrontal lobes

- sensory areas collect info from receptor cells in sense organs, info passed into association areas (other areas of brain), then impulses passed into motor areas where signal passed through motor neurones to effectors
