Leaf Plants Gene Bacterial Expose Cells Genetically Engineering

Front genetically engineering plants
Back
- get recombitant plasmid (with gene for weedkilller and a gene for antibiotic resistence), and place into a bacterial cell, the cut leaf and expose bacteria to leaf so leaf cells take up bacterial cell
- expose to antibiotics and then grow surviving (successful) cells to form callus, which will sprout shoots and roots, then plants develop weedkiller resistence
