Pop Growth Phase Steady Individuals Birth Constraints Limit

Population growth curves typically show three phases: a slow growth phase, a rapid growth phase, and a stable state phase.

Populyatsiya o'sish tendentsiyasi uch bosqichga ega: sekin, tez va barqaror.

Front pop growth curve
Back - pop growth over time, 3 main stages

- steady growth phase (few individuals initially present to repro, birth rate>death rate, so pop inc)

- rapid growth phase (lots of breeding individuals so pop inc exponentially, no constraints limit pop growth)

- steady state phase (external constraints limit pop growth, pop size fluctuates as limiting factors fluctuate but relatively stable, birth rate similar to death rate)
