Thus does Allāh seal the hearts of those who do not know.[1156] كَذَٰلِكَ يَطْبَعُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ 59

[1156] i.e., those who do not wish to know the truth and refuse it. ar-Rum Part 21
