Allāh is Subtle[1419] with His servants; He gives provision to whom He wills. And He is the Powerful, the Exalted in Might. ٱللَّهُ لَطِيفٌۢ بِعِبَادِهِۦ يَرْزُقُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَهُوَ ٱلْقَوِىُّ ٱلْعَزِيزُ 19
