To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, and He is the Most High, the Most Great.[1406] لَهُۥ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَلِىُّ ٱلْعَظِيمُ 4
