Question

[Allāh praises] those who convey the messages of Allāh[1203] and fear Him and do not fear anyone but Allāh. And sufficient is Allāh as Accountant. ٱلَّذِينَ يُبَلِّغُونَ رِسَٰلَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَخْشَوْنَهُۥ وَلَا يَخْشَوْنَ أَحَدًا إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ حَسِيبًا 39

Accepted Answer

[1203] i.e., the prophets (peace be upon them all) and after them, the followers of the final prophet, Muḥammad (ﷺ), who honestly convey Allāh's message to the people. al-Ahzab Part 22

Translation	[Allāh praises] those who convey the messages of Allāh[1203] and fear Him and do not fear anyone but Allāh. And sufficient is Allāh as Accountant.
